Medicaid and Quality of Care—What We Know

  This session will present population data from NextLevel Health and key research focused on the Affordable Care Act (ACA), its launch and implementation. Participants will be introduced to findings centered on answering the question — Since the ACA: Who participated? How much has been allocated? Where has Medicaid expansion been spent? How has ACA impacted closing health equity gaps overall? How ACA impacted closing equity gaps for men?

  Managed care organizations and health centers can be great partners in facilitating access to care for enrollees and ensuring quality of care delivery. This session will focus on how two Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) are collaborating with NextLevel Health and supporting providers in their network to prioritize, inform, and evaluate quality improvement efforts to address men’s health and gaps in health equity.
